That whole show (12/31/87) is amazing.
Has one of the most overlooked (and I think really the best) IKO's ever--played w/the Neville Brothers, so not surprising it's that good. Faster and tighter than most other versions, plus Jerry sings a verse ('Indian boy gonna go downtown, iko iko all day, and if you don't like what the Big Chief say, you just joca-mo-fee-nannay!) that he rarely did...
same show also contains a sick Terrapin that ends in a frenzy of grit-hard Garcia guitar--kinda sounds like Jerry channeling Neil Young while the rest of the band turns into Crazy Horse...really great stuff; fantastic show.
